IHU Scholarships and Financial Aid

Our Commitment to Accessible Education

We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. IHU's scholarship programs exist to bridge that gap.

Infinite Horizons University allocates a significant portion of its annual budget to scholarships and financial aid. Whether you are a high-achieving high school graduate, a working professional seeking career advancement, or a student from an underserved community, IHU has a financial support pathway designed for you.

Our financial aid office works individually with each applicant to identify the best combination of scholarships, grants, and payment plans to make your education affordable. We are transparent about costs, generous with support, and dedicated to ensuring that no admitted student is forced to decline their offer due to financial hardship.

All scholarship applications are reviewed holistically — we consider academic merit, leadership potential, community involvement, financial need, and personal circumstances. Multiple scholarships can be combined where eligibility allows, maximizing the support available to each student.

Scholarship FAQ

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about scholarships and financial aid at IHU.

Yes. Students are encouraged to apply for every scholarship for which they meet the eligibility criteria. Our Scholarship Committee will evaluate each application independently, and multiple awards can be combined up to the total cost of tuition.

Most IHU scholarships are renewable on an annual basis, subject to the student maintaining satisfactory academic progress (typically a minimum GPA of 3.0 / 4.0) and remaining in good standing with the university. Specific renewal criteria are outlined in each scholarship's award letter.

You can submit your scholarship application simultaneously with your admission application. However, scholarship awards are contingent upon successful admission to a program. We recommend submitting both applications at the same time to ensure timely processing.

For need-based financial aid, you will typically need to provide: proof of household income (tax returns, pay stubs, or employer letters), a completed Financial Need Assessment Form, bank statements from the last three months, and a personal statement explaining your financial circumstances. International students may need to provide equivalent documentation from their home country.

Absolutely. IHU is a global institution, and all scholarship programs are open to students regardless of nationality or country of residence. In fact, several scholarships — including the Global Diversity Scholarship — are specifically designed to support international students from underrepresented regions.

If you experience a significant change in financial circumstances during your enrollment — such as job loss, medical emergency, or family hardship — you may submit an appeal to the Financial Aid Office for an emergency aid review. IHU maintains an Emergency Assistance Fund specifically for such situations to ensure no student is forced to discontinue their education due to unexpected financial challenges.
