Terms Governing Your Use of IHU Services

By accessing this website or enrolling in any IHU program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Infinite Horizons University. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

To create an account or enroll in a program, you must be at least 16 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Academic Integrity

All students must uphold academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, fabrication of data, and unauthorized collaboration are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, designs, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of IHU or its licensors. You may use materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes within your enrolled program.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: harass other users; upload harmful or illegal content; attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use; or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

6. Payment & Refunds

Tuition and fees are governed by the published schedule on our Tuition & Fees page, including the official refund policy. Late payments may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the learning platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IHU's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.
